Requirement: Two-Wheeler is Mandatory (Convenience Allowance will be provided)
•
Assemble and install desktop computers.
•
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows operating
systems on desktops and laptops.
•
Configure and troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook and
Microsoft 365 (O365).
•
Install and configure printers and resolve
printer-related issues.
•
Provide basic networking support, including LAN, WAN,
routers, switches, firewalls, hubs, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
•
Install, configure, and update antivirus software.
•
Attend onsite customer visits for IT support and issue
resolution.
•
Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software
issues.
•
Maintain service reports and provide timely updates on
assigned tasks.
•
Basic knowledge of desktop and laptop hardware.
•
Understanding of Windows OS installation and
troubleshooting.
•
Basic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN,
Router, Switch, Firewall).
•
Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft 365.
•
Basic understanding of printers and peripherals.
•
Good communication and customer handling skills.
•
Willingness to travel within Chennai for field support.
